Celebrate Small Wins-
Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, even the small ones. This could be submitting a well-crafted cover letter, receiving positive feedback from an interview, or expanding your professional network. Recognizing your progress will help you stay motivated.
Take professional help-
Taking professional help is okay. You can talk to people working in different companies and ask for their advice. You can try cold emailing prospective companies and their HR.
Take Breaks When Needed
It's important to take breaks and recharge when you feel overwhelmed or burnt out. Step away from your job search for a short period, engage in activities that bring you joy, and return with renewed energy.
The bottom line is that job search is a phase of your life, not your whole life. So don’t get involved too much in it that you forget to live. Take it as a goal or target and work on it religiously.
